About C-PACER:
C-PACER (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy & Resilience) is an innovative financing program that enables owners of commercial and industrial properties to obtain low-cost, long-term financing for energy efficiency, renewable energy and resilience projects and then pay the costs back over time through a voluntary assessment on the property tax.
Melanie Lucas-Conwell's Biography:
Melanie Lucas-Conwell currently holds the position of Director at the Municipality of Anchorage, overseeing the 49th State Angel Fund and the C-PACER clean energy financing program. Melanie has a diverse professional background, including seven years at Google, and she holds an M.B.A. from the Presidio Graduate School. She serves as Honorary Squadron Commander for the Air National Guard’s 176th Wing and on the boards of Health TIE and Alaska World Affairs Council.
