Presentation by: Tze Teoh, Assistant Vice President - Cybersecurity Program Manager and Douglas Frey, Senior Vice President - Security & Business Continuity Manager and Information Security Officer

Tze Teoh, Assistant Vice President – Cybersecurity Program Manager

 Tze (Z) Teoh joined Northrim Bank in 2020 as Northrim’s Cybersecurity Program Manager.  He has over ten years of cyber, information security, and technology risk management experience.  Prior to joining Northrim, Z worked in the Technology Risk Department of a major banking group with over $38 billion in assets.  Before that, he started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in IT Security Consulting and IT Auditing.  Z holds a Master’s degree in Technology Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in IT Networking.  He is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). 

 

Douglas Frey, Senior Vice President – Security & Business Continuity Manager and Information Security Officer

Douglas was hired in 2016 as Northrim’s Security & Business Continuity Manager and is dual-hatted as the Information Security Officer.  Doug has nearly forty years of law-enforcement, anti-terrorism, and information security experience.  Over the last six years, he has implemented a robust and thriving disaster-recovery and business continuity program, information security program, and insider-threat program.  Prior to joining Northrim, Doug served as a Senior Anti-terrorism Policy Analyst for European Command Headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany where he provided oversight and expert guidance in management of complex security related programs.  Prior to his service as a member of the civilian component of the Department of Defense, Douglas honorably served on active duty for twenty-two years in the United States Air Force.  Douglas has an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelors of Arts in Homeland Security along with numerous specialized training certifications in his fields of expertise.

No problem, the Chamber Staff and Volunteers will help you when you arrive. There will be a registration table at the front of the house. Chamber Forums are $15.00 for Members and $20.00 for non-members. There is also a Program/drink-only option for $5.00. The restaurant offers a few choices for lunch. The regular menu is not available for attendees.
