2019 Merry Merchant Munch 

PLEASE NOTE: THE SIGN-UP DEADLINE TO BE ENTERED INTO THE 2019 MMM GUIDE HAS PASSED.

 

YOUR BUSINESS OR ORGANIZATION MAY STILL SIGN UP TO PARTICIPATE, BUT IT WILL NOT BE INCLUDED ON THE PRINTED MAPS THAT WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE PUBLIC. 

 

We’re busy planning the 27th Annual Merry Merchant Munch to be held at businesses in the Eagle River and Chugiak Area on Friday & Saturday, December 6th and 7th. 

This is a great opportunity to Promote your business while Munchers and Judges come around to taste all that you have to offer! 

Entry fees:

$75 - Chamber Members

$100 - Non-Members

 

Here's How the Merry Merchant Munch Works for your Business:

Businesses are challenged to create holiday decor and treats for visitors in an Open House type setting. Participants then visit the businesses with their Munch Punch Cards (Included in the 2019 MMM Guides that will be distributed) and get at least 15 validations to be entered to win Prizes! The Chamber of Commerce also assigns teams of judges to travel from business to business and select favorites in a variety of categories!

Open House Hours:

Friday: 12:00 PM -5:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Deadline for Inclusion into the MMM Guide is November 1st at 4:00 PM so don't wait until it's too late. 

 

By Registering you are agreeing to the following: The registered business, individual and/or organization assumes all risk of injury arising out of their participation in any and all events connected with the Merry Merchant’s Munch. The above signed further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Chugiak-Eagle River Chamber of Commerce, and all associated individuals, sponsors and entities for all claims demands and or damages rising out of their participation in any Merry Merchant Munch activity, contest, competition or event. The participants whose names are signed above gives permission to the Chamber and their licensees to use his/her photograph for publicity purposes in connection with the Munch.
