She is passionate about creating sensational patient and staff experiences. Cassie works with practices to define clinical operation protocols, assess clinic flow and efficiency, develop performance reviews and evaluations, evaluate inventory and sterilization protocols, and review the administrative aspects of orthodontic assisting.
