PREMIUM Exhibitor - $1,200 – SOLD OUT!

 Exhibit for two days (Thursday, November 8, and Friday, November 9) at a cost of $1,200 and have a unique opportunity to receive special recognition.  For being a Premium Exhibitor,  you will receive:

• A free listing on our web site (www.aiaok.org) from date of paid registration through December 31, 2018;
• One eight-foot skirted display table with two chairs.   The booth space is 9' by 6'. 
• Complimentary meals for company staff on site, invitation to attend all convention sessions. 
• Opportunity to speak for 2-3 minutes at the start of a conference break-out program.
• The opportunity to include literature or “goodies” in each registration goodie bag
• Opportunity to participate attend the Thursday evening reception.
• Pre-show registration list. Reach out to pre-registered attendees before they go to the convention!

STANDARD Exhibitor - $750 – 1 booth left- Friday only

The Standard Exhibitor booths (location and day) will be assigned by AIA Oklahoma.  

• Company logo on the AIA Oklahoma web site from date of paid registration through December 31, 2018;

Convention Program Sponsor  - $2,500 - 1 available

• Opportunity to place one full page color company ad in the convention program
• Premium Booth (2 day booth) at the AIA Oklahoma Conference

Keynote Speaker Sponsor- $1,000 (3 available)

• Opportunity to speak for 2-3 minutes at the start of the program 
• Opportunity to introduce the keynote speaker
• Ability to put company information on the tables during the general session / keynote.
• Sponsorship recognition on AIA Oklahoma website & in the conference brochure.

Convention Tote Bag Sponsor - $1,000  (1 available)

• Company name and logo displayed with AIA Oklahoma logo on tote bag given to all convention attendees
