FAQ's
What time should I arrive?
Sign-in begins at 8:30 am be sure to get signed in and in place by 9:45 am as planting will begin promptly at 10:00.
What if I get super excited about breaking the record and it rains?
If it rains, no worries! We will still hold the event, dress appropriately. Severe weather, we will postpone the date to Wednesday, October 19th.
Do I need to be a Lee County resident to participate?
No, all individuals are encouraged to participate in breaking the world record! You do need to register in order to participate.
Can I register the day of the event?
Yes, you will have an opportunity to register the day of the event however you must be signed-in by 9:45 am in order to help break the world record.
What should I wear?
We encourage ALL participants to wear clothes they do not mind getting dirty. Close toe shoes are encouraged.
If you are a student, coming with your school, you will be registered with your school. Do NOT register seperatly.
