Featuring Dr. Diane H. Craft, Ph.D. on Active Play!
Diane H. Craft, Ph.D., is a professor of physical education at SUNY Cortland. She has co-authored four books on developmentally appropriate, inclusive physical activity for young children including Active Play! Fun Physical Activities for Young Children. In addition, Dr. Craft has given over 240 highly-acclaimed presentations, workshops and keynotes on preschool physical activities to audiences across the nation. She is currently consulting with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as the subject matter expert on Early Childhood Physical Activity.

Learn fun, inclusive, developmentally appropriate physical activities that use inexpensive equipment, small spaces, and work well in apartment living rooms, playrooms, childcare centers, and schools. These physical activities use only readily available, inexpensive equipment to give children many opportunities to explore moderate to vigorous movement in safe ways. Lead these activities to encourage children 18 months to 5 years of age to develop their fundamental movement skills and fitness as well as rehearse varied academic concepts. This presentation is designed for anyone who seeks practical, motivating, fun ways to promote physical activity among toddlers and preschoolers. Participants will view videos of young children playing these fun activities and be provided “hands on” opportunities to learn these activities.

Refund Policy
We understand life happens. Should you need to cancel your registration, you may substitute someone to take your place, at any time, at no cost to you.
If we cancel a class, we’ll give you a choice between receiving your money back in full or receiving a credit for a future training to take place within one year.
What should you do if…
Your class is 14 or more days away: You may transfer once to any training within one year. If you have to cancel, you will receive a refund, minus a 20% administrative fee.
Your class is less than 14 days away: You may transfer once to any training within one year. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund.
If you are registered and do not attend the class, you are responsible for the full fee and will not receive a refund if you have already paid.
