2015 Chamber BBQ Bash 

Every year the Chamber hosts a summer BBQ to include family friendly mini-golf, and DELICIOUS ALL YOU CAN EAT Bar-Be-Cue! This year, we've added a kids crafting table where the little guys/girls can make their very own key chains, and later on we're hosting our very first concert with the MOONSHINE JUNKIES! If that's not enough, Noble Ace Hardware has donated a hand crafted Personal Kitchen combination Grill & Smoker, to be raffled off at the event! This item is valued at almost $600, and participants must be present at the event to win.

While this event will surely be a blast for all who are able to join us on August 20th, the truth is that we cannot coordinate such an event without your help; this is where your sponsorship comes in. We recognize the advertising potential that this event has to offer, and we'd love to have you join us in the fun! 

Each Sponsorship package has something unique to offer, and this year we're offering "Concert Shout Outs" to our Band & BBQ sponsors from our very own Board of Directors. A Sponsorship banner will be designed and printed to proudly display sponsor's logos above the pavilion where the food and beverages will be made available. Course Sponsors will have the benefit of an affordable, multi-day sign to be placed along the road to Gobbler's Knob. Read below or click the "Sign Up" link button to read more about each package.

Please Take Notice:

All event sponsor signage will be posted the day prior to the event and left standing until the following weekend. As Gobbler's Knob is a highly reputable tourist attraction, we can guaruntee your logo will be noticed!

Signs will be provided by the Chamber, locations of posting may vary based on sponsorship level. Each course sign will be 2" x 1.5" in size. Band and BBQ Sponsors will be highlighted on a banner to be printed and displayed on the pavillion where food and beverages will be available. Band sponsors may also have the option to provide their own banners upon request.

We request that you please send an updated logo after sponsorship registration.

Sponsorship Opportunities Available: 

Band Sponsor ($600): Official sponsorship of performance held by the Moonshine Junkies will include signage at stage location. Package will also include 6 all-inclusive admission tickets (BBQ buffet, Mini Golf, Concert) and logo on Sponsorship Banner.

BBQ Buffet Sponsor ($400): All you can eat BBQ Buffet sponsorship to include signage at buffet tables. Package will also include 4 all-inclusive admission tickets (BBQ buffet, Mini Golf, Concert) and logo on Sponsorship Banner.

Course Sponsor ($125): Mini-Golf Course Sponsorship to include signage along the drive to the Gobbler's Knob Family Fun Park. Signs will remain standing for minimum of 4 days. Package will also include 2 all-inclusive admission tickets (BBQ buffet, Mini Golf, Concert).

Dessert Sponsor ($100): Dessert sponsorship to include signage at dessert table. Package will also include 1 all-inclusive admission tickets (BBQ buffet, Mini Golf, Concert).
