Enjoy an evening of sweet devotional practices!

Begin with a blessing ritual followed by a gentle meditative yoga sequence led by Nicole, while Adrienne provides her signature sacred vocals and instrumentation. We will culminate with a 45-minute kirtan and 15 minute silent meditation to soak up the "bhav" - divine energies.

Kirtan is an Indian form of community devotional singing in a call-and-response style. It is one of the main tools of the devotional, or "Bhakti" Yoga practices which embrace the natural human energies of love and longing as powerful tools for meditation. As we move, breathe and sing with reverence, we initiate a internal sacred union between our earthly selves and the eternal unconditional love that is the essence nature of the Sacred Whole. 

Nicole Becker, owner of Ojas Yoga Center, teaches the complete Yoga of movement, breath, awareness, rest, and meditation.
