Utilizing the inspiring energy of Spring, you’ll journey inward to release tension and stress through the healing practices of yin yoga, meditation, pranayama, and reflection. You’ll be guided to progressively withdraw from the external world to drop into a deep state of nourishment, enhancing your sense of creativity, overall relaxation, and mental and emotional clarity. Essential oils will also be incorporated in this mini-retreat to assist the mind, body and heart in healing and renewing from the inside out. All levels of experience are welcome.
