SOUND BATH JOURNEY

The term sound bath is used to describe this immersive vibrational experience of pure sound.  It feels as though you are being "bathed" in sound waves and vibration from Paiste planetary gongs and quartz crystal singing bowls.  For some it is an improvised concert while others will find the sound to be deeply healing. Participants recline on the floor supported by blankets and yoga cushions. Wear comfortable layers.

The cocoon of vibration actually scientifically soothes your nervous system and reduces stress through a process called entrainment. Your brain waves will naturally sync up with the slow sound waves and you'll gain access to similar states found in deep meditation.
