Meditation is one of the most natural ways to reduce or even eliminate anxiety and depression from your life, and with practice you’ll lead a more rewarding and fulfilling life. In addition to eliminating stress, meditation opens the doorway improved intuition and higher awareness.
During this evening of meditation, Jennifer will lead the group through two types of meditation, so that you can experience different styles to see what brings you the most benefit.
