Meeting deadline and penalty
Deadline to register for the winter meeting is November 23. After November 23 a non-refundable late fee of $100.00 will automatically be added to your meeting registration. No refunds will be honored after Novembr 23rd.
Transportation
Reagan National Airport (DCA) is 6 miles / 20 minutes from the Fairmont. Proceed from any terminal baggage claim through the doors to the curbside where taxi lines are clearly marked. An average cab fare in light traffic is $30.00 minus any tip.
USAPEEC members* will once again return to The Fairmont Washington D.C. Georgetown for the 2018 winter meeting. The meeting is set to begin the afternoon of Tuesday, December 18th with the Board of Directors meeting followed by dinner. Wednesday, December 19th starts off with the Trade Policy Task Force Committee meeting followed by the International Marketing Forum and ends with the annual industry holiday reception. The final day, Thursday, December 20th begins with the General Session then moves into the Speakers Forum. Around noon a buffet luncheon and featured guest speaker [tbd] will conclude the three day conference. The deadline to register for the meeting without penalty is November 23. After November 23 a non-refundable $100.00 late fee will apply.
* This meeting is for USAPEEC member companies only. Attendance also includes USAPEEC staff, government partners, invited guests, and speakers. A member's spouse or adult guest may attend the Industry Reception for a fee.

Hotel Deadlines and Cancellation Policy ~ Room reservation cutoff is November 23rd. Cancellation of individual reservations can be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Reservations within 72 hours carry a penalty of one night's room and tax fee. The Fairmont chargs an early departure fee of $119.50 for guests who depart prior to their confirmed departure date.
