Meeting deadline and penalty
Deadline to register for the winter meeting is November 17. After November 17 a non-reversable late fee of $50.00 will automatically be added to your meeting registration.

Reagan National Airport (DCA) is 6 miles/20 minutes to the Fairmont Hotel. Proceed from any terminal baggage claim through the doors to the curbside where taxi lines are clearly marked. If paying for taxi with credit card, please notify taxicab dispatcher.
