Charleston is serviced by the  - Charleston International Airport , CHS. Taxis operate from 5 a.m. until 30 minutes after the last arriving flight of the day, typically around 12:30 a.m. - Taxi rides are available in front of the terminal building, outside of baggage claim.

All taxi services accept MasterCard, American Express, VISA and Discover credit cards. Taxi fare is approximately $32.00 one way,  It is 11.5 miles and approximately 20-25 minutes to Charleston Place Hotel, depending on traffic.  Six rental car companies operate from the Rental Car Pavilion at Charleston International Airport.     

HOTEL PARKING-

Guest drop off, parking and valet can be accessed two ways. Heading south on Meeting Street, one parking entranceway is located on the right just before Market Street. The parking area can also be accessed from Hasell Street, heading south on Meeting Street, turn right onto Hasell Street and within that block, the entranceway to parking will be on your left.                                                        

Valet Parking is $32.00 per day. City owned parking is $16.00

 DEADLINES & HOTEL CANCELLATIONS -

The hotel reservation deadline is May 15, 2015. A first nights deposit must be guaranteed via a major credit card, which will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival. A failure to cancel the reservation prior to day of arrival will result in a cancellation fee for the full length of stay.  

MEETING INFORMATION-  

The meeting registration is $695.00 for each member attending. The cost to bring a spouse is $195.00 

Meeting attire is business casual. Weather in Charleston can be rather warm while meeting rooms can be very cool. Plan accordingly for both conditions.

The meeting registration deadline is May 15, 2015. Any registration received after May 15 will include a late fee of $100.00.
