JUNE 9-12, 2014 / BIG SKY RESORT

Make your plans to attend the 2014 USAPEEC Annual Meeting in Montana at the Big Sky Resort-Yellowstone Conference Center. The meeting will start on Monday, June 9, with the Board of Directors meeting and will continue through Thursday, June 12, concluding with the Chairman’s Banquet.

The program will include a meeting of the Trade Policy Task Force, the International Marketing Forum, and an impressive array of speakers from government and industry who will cover issues of importance for U.S. poultry and egg exporters.

USAPEEC has also arranged for a host of optional activities for members and their families at the scenic, spacious and accommodating Big Sky Resort. 

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFO: Big Sky Resort lodging opens for the summer season June 8. When scheduling your travel plans all lodging guests will check in on or after June 8.

Member registration is $695.00 per attendee. Spouses fee remains at $195.00

 Reservation room rates vary according to the type of lodging you select. Accomodations are available in the Summit Hotel, Shoshone, and Village Centers. Studio, king, queen and suite options can be reserved based on availability. All are within steps of the Yellowstone Conference Center.

TRANSPORTATION - 

 Round trip airport shuttle service is offered by KARST STAGE and must be pre-arranged.

Click on AIRPORT SHUTTLE, then click  RESERVATIONS SYSTEMS, enter your travel criteria and select USAPEEC from the destination drop down menu.

DEADLINES & CANCELLATIONS -

 The deadline to register for the meeting and resesrvations is May 9th.

 Any registration received after May 9, will be charged a $100 late fee. USAPEEC will fully refund registration fee if notified in writing to cfee@usapeec.org or bmoore@usapeec.org 

 Refund requests made after May 9 cannot be honored.

WEATHER AND ATTIRE -

In the mountains, conditions change frequently. Pack accordingly and be prepared for the weather to be colder and warmer than you think it might be, regardless of season. Do that, and you'll likely sum up conditions in one word - FANTASTIC. Meeting attire is business casual.
