Online registration is now available for the Virginia Podiatric Medical Association Scientific Seminar, June June 26-29, 2014, at the Williamsburg Lodge in Williamsburg, Virginia. Tracy Klimaz, Seminar Chair, is currently working on the lecture schedule. A draft will be posted on the website as soon as it is available. 

Registration fees for this meeting include up to 25 hours of continuing medical education, continental breakfasts, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and reception on Friday evening for the Seminar attendee only. Guests, spouses, and children may be registered to participate in meal functions for an additional fee. This fee includes all meals, and all must be registered to participate. You may also purchase passes to the historic areas for $18.00 (regularly $29.95) while completing your registration. 

The Williamsburg Lodge is located at 310 S. England Street, Williamsburg, Virginia, 23187. Sleeping room rates are: $189 for Superior, $209 for Deluxe plus taxes. Suites are available upon request. Reservations can be made by calling 800/261-9530. Sleeping room fees include complimentary access to the fitness center and indoor/outdoor pools at the Spa of Colonial Williamsburg, complimentary wireless internet in guest rooms and meeting spaces, complimentary self-parking, complimentary use of historic area shuttle at regularly scheduled times. 

General sessions for physicians will begin at 8:00 am on Thursday, June 26, and the meeting will adjourn by 1:00 pm on Sunday, June 29. We anticipate offering up to 25 hours of continuing medical education. Physicians will be required to have their name badges scanned at the beginning of each morning and each afternoon session. Failure to follow the posted scanning times may result in non-certification of continuing education hours.

The annual meeting of the membership will be held on Saturday, June 28, from 3:30 - 5:00 pm. Please note the time change.
