A community and family-friendly event promoting understanding and education about mental and emotional health and the connection to overall well-being. This is the event you don't want to miss! Family Guidance Center invites all to come learn about the mind-body connection and take part in our wellness activities that are designed to engage the mind and get your body moving. Featuring a 5k timed run and family-friendly walk, and so much more! Not a runner? Join the walk! Unable to walk? Attend the vendor fair and enjoy a free relaxing chair massage. Better yet, reduce your stress and flex your body while attending a free yoga session. The little ones can attend a free Buti Yoga for Kids session, as well. That's not all! Carnival games, face painting, balloon animals, and the fabulous Wacky Patti (previously Pipper the Clown) are sure to be a hit with the kids, also free! Food and raffle basket tickets will be available for purchase. We look forward to seeing everyone there!

5k Run / 5k Family-Friendly Walk Information:
- All proceeds benefit Family Guidance Center
- Online registration CLOSES Wednesday, May 15th at midnight. HOWEVER, we can still take in-person registrations for both runners and walkers on the day of the event. Please plan to register no later than 9:30am to be sure your registration is complete prior to the start of the race. The registration table can be found under the porch of Stone House.
- Pre-Register: $25 to run / $5 to walk if registered on/before April 30th, 2019. All pre-registration runners will receive a t-shirt and swag bag with their paid registration. All pre-registration walkers will receive a swag bag with their paid registration. Children ages 12 and under may walk for FREE (sorry, no t-shirt or swag bag included). Pre-registration packet pick-up available Fri., 5/10, 9am-4pm, at Family Guidance Center, SUITE 200.
- Registration after April 30th: $30 to run / $10 to walk. Registered runners are eligibile for a free t-shirt and swag bag, while supplies last. Registered walkers are eligible for a free swag bag, while supplies last. Children ages 12 and under may walk for FREE (sorry, no t-shirt or swag bag included). Race day registration for walkers and packet pickup begins at 9am on Sat., 5/18.
