FIREARMS INSTRUCTOR PREP COURSE

This course is designed as a firearms prep course for the Instructor course. The main goal of this course is to cover fundamental firearms skills which will be tested during the firearms portion of the Instructor course. This prep course will reinforce prior firearms training and will give attendees a firm foundation to continue to build their skills especially through the firearm instructor course. 

Prerequisites:  This course is a prep course for the Firearm Instructor Course.  If you register for this course you must register for the Instructor course July 12-16.

Tuition:  $200.00

Required Equipment:

• Handgun and at least three magazines (five magazines if single stack)
• Rifle, three magazines and all related gear
• Duty belt
• Eye and ear protection
• Clothing appropriate for the weather conditions
• Extra batteries for gear
• Ammunition – 500 handgun rounds and 500 rifle rounds (Leftover ammunition will be used during the Instructor Course)
