LESS LETHAL LAUNCHERS ARMORERS COURSE

 

This course will ensure the student is able to perform up to Level Three maintenance on the 37mm Single Launchers.

As there are four different levels of maintenance on Defense Technology launchers, students can expect to be able to do the following:

• Break the launcher down into three main groups
• Disassemble each group into the functional subgroups
• Inspect the parts and components for wear, damage, or breakage
• Replace parts as needed, reassemble and test fire
• Identify repair work that requires a Level Four service and understand how to arrange the repair

Defense technology will provide the tools necessary to accomplish the course work.

Students will also be given a list of tools they will need to buy to accomplish this work once they return to their work location.
