SPEAKERS/CLASSES
Deb Kreiling: Simplicity Creative Group, Design Development Director (For all levels) Deb is going to be teaching us how to make the perfect pair of pants! Including fit, adjustments, how to adjust for specific body issues and so much more.
Kenneth King: Fashion Designer, Author, and Professor (Intermediate / Advanced) Kenneth is amazing and filled with so much knowledge on all thing couture. He will be teaching for the intermediate and advanced attendees and will be teaching on ways to elevate your sewing and much more.
Madalynne Flannigan: Designer and Blogger aka Cheif Panty Girl! (For all levels) Who doesn’t know who Maddie is? She is a star and I am thrilled to have her this year. Maddie will be doing an awesome class on A Guide to Lingerie Fabrics which will include a takeaway swatch book/card and more.
Kelly Horton: Seamstress/DIY and Fashion Blogger (Beginners) Kelly is amazing and has been an integral part of Mimi G Style and has been an instructor the last two years. She is back again this year to share her knowledge on making modifications to commercial patterns for any figure. She has a wealth of knowledge and loves sharing it.
Joy MacDonell: Craft Industry Expert (Beginners) Joy Macdonell is a leader in the craft industry, a national crafting spokesperson, Creative Content Director, and Creative Entrepreneur. Joy was a HUGE hit last year and is coming back to teach again. Joy will be putting together an awesome course for all newbies to sewing. We will posting details on this course soon.
Mimi G: Editor in Chief, Owner of Sew It Academy (For all levels) I will be teaching on how to add design details to your basic slopers, commercial patterns and more. Learning to take a commercial pattern and create new collars, pocket details, and more is key to expanding your design knowledge and sewing skill.
