Emerging Leader Training

Improve the skills of the new, or emerging, leader in this 5-session class that helps participants gain leadership knowledge and practice. Sessions are The Role of Leader; Communicating with Clarity; Team Engagement; Effective Delegation; and Collaboration & Problem-Solving. Classes are every other Tuesday on 9/27, 10/4, 10/18, 11/1 and 11/15.
