This workshop focuses on recognising, understanding and treating the layered trauma experienced, from the womb through adulthood. Inner Child treatment and resolution strategies will be addressed, including how these serve as a foundation for effective Energy Psychology applications.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
- Understand how early age trauma may be internalized differently with each developmental stage.
- Identify signs and symptoms of Inner Child trauma
- Gain tools to assess Inner Child trauma
- Learn protocols to assist consumers to resolve core issues including shame, anger and guilt.
- Learn methods to nurture and restore self-worth and self-compassion.
- Decrease reactive communication and negative behavior patterns.
- Gain tools to empower consumers and equip them with self-management skills.
