- GladdeningLight’s annual weekend symposium will take place February 1-3, 2013 at the Winter Park Civic Center in Winter Park, Florida.
- Matthew Fox, www.matthewfox.org, the symposium’s featured speaker, will join fiber artist Marni Goldshlag, www.marnigoldshlag.net, percussionist River Guerguerian, www.guerguerian.com, watercolorist Fred Westbrook, www.fredwestbrook.com and gouache & oil painter John Wells, www.johnwellsartwork.com upon the arc of creativity where the divine and human meet.

- Friday evening, February 1st at 7:00pm:
An opening lecture from Matthew Fox, The Advent of Creativity
At 4:00 pm, special Artist Reception at the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce Gallery, 151 West Lyman Avenue.
- Saturday morning, February 2nd at 9:00am:
A day devoted to the artists begins with a second lecture from Matthew, The Sacred Vocation of the Artist. Followed by a moderated Artists Forum discussing the interplay of the spiritual within the work of the artists at 10:30 am.
- Saturday afternoon, February 2nd at Noon:
Food trucks arrive at the Civic Center for lunch. At 1:00 pm, the first of two Artist Colloquia, your opportunity for colloquy with a selected artist, followed by a second opportunity with another artist of your choice at 2:30 pm.
- Saturday evening, February 2nd at 7:00pm:
A Fox lecture on The Prophetic Role of the Artist and a peek at Matthew’s vision of ritual worship, The Cosmic Mass.
- Sunday morning, February 3rd at 9:30am:
A culminating, creative ecumenical Worship Service to help codify the Symposium experience and a personal evocation of the creative arts from Matthew Fox.
