WTS Lunch and Networking (Vancouver, WA)

Please join us for a lunch reception and networking event with Sandra Otto, Division Director for the Western Federal Lands Division (WFL) of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). At 11:30 AM we will meet for networking, followed by a buffet lunch at noon and an opportunity to hear from Sandra about her 36+ year career in transportation.
