CREW Charleston Presents Cynthia R. Grosso, for a workshop on "Personal Savvy for Professional Success."

Please join us for a unique opportunity to brush up on the soft skills that make us successful in today's competitive business world. Ms. Grosso is an expert on professionalism, leadership and the skill of "polish!" She will discuss the critical ten percent needed for business people to compete and grow in the corporate environment.

She is the author of Professional Savvy Series, an online learning program that was awarded the bronze medal in the world for excellence in E-Learning. Ms. Grosso was awarded "Business Person of the Year" by her Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Grosso has appeared as an etiquette expert on the Dr. Phil Show, Oprah, and other national TV shows. She has been recognized in Woman's Day, Marie Claire, The New York Times, Esquire, Business Week, Working Woman, Women's World along with many others. She is the author of several books on civility, an audio book and several e-books. She is the host of Your Manners Matter syndicated radio show.
