Bio: Susan L. Hill is a Senior Managing Director in the Houston office of HFF, one of the largest providers of capital markets transaction services to the US commercial real estate industry in the country. Hill has more than 28 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Hill is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity placement transactions throughout the southern United States across all property types. During the course of her career, Hill has completed in excess of $8 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Her specialty areas include commercial real estate mortgages and debt and equity placement.
Hill has worked with numerous clients including Accesso Partners, LLC; Cameron Management; Hines; Hudson Advisors; JP Morgan Investment Management; Parkway Properties, Inc.; Rosemont Realty, LLC; Seligman & Associates, among many others.
An award winning professional, Hill received the 2014 Female Leader of the Year by Commercial Property Executive, the 2014 Outstanding Women in Banking and Financial Services award by The Women’s Resource of Greater Houston, the 2013 and 2010 Women of Influence for Commercial Real Estate by Real Estate Forum, the 2012 Top 15 Women in Commercial Real Estate by CREW Houston and the 2011/2002/2000 Houston Business Journal Heavy Hitter in Commercial Real Estate awards.
