  - Summary

For the 4th time GRAPAS Asia Exhibition will host a milling conference focused on rice, flour and other food milling topics plus storage and transportation.

GRAPAS, the exhibition hosted by Victam International, runs alongside its Victam Asia and FIAAP Exhibitions in Bangkok, Thailand (from March 29-31, 2016) at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC). Perendale Publishers Limited – the publishers of the International Milling Directory and the long-standing Milling and Grain magazine – is proud to be the chosen patron of the GRAPAS Conference and sponsor of the 2016 GRAPAS Awards.

Keeping firmly in mind the need to provide information and new ideas in a timely and efficient way, the 2016 Global Milling & GRAPAS Conference Asia will be held on the first day of the Exhibition – March 30, 2016 from 10:00-17:00 - in three parts; one morning and two afternoon sessions. The Conference will be in English with simultaneous translation into/from Thai. Morning and afternoon coffee and refreshements will be provided (but not lunch). There is a participation fee of US$10/person. Registering can be made on spot in either US$ or equivalent currencies. We are expecting between 100-200 delegates over the course of the day.

Pre-registered attendees will receive a 'Certificate of Attenance' at the end of the day together with a 2016 subscription to Milling and Grain magazine. All attendees will receive a copy of the latest edition of the International Milling and Grain Directory 2016. There will be an opportunity for attendees to meet with speakers and other delegates during the coffee breaks.

REGISTER NOW! The Theme of Conference –
Guaranteeing safety through greater use of technology in the milling process in food, flour and rice processing.
"We have again split the conference into separate sessions focusing on food, flour and rice milling technologies, from the control of raw material and product quality at each step of the milling process. This format will make it easier for attendees to step in and out of the conference to suit their needs on what will be a busy opening show day," says organiser Roger Gilbert.

Global Milling & GRAPAS Conference Asia 2016 would like to thank its Platinum sponsors for its support: Buhler Group, Switzerland. And its Silver Sopnosrs: Agentis Innovations, Thailand; Texas A&M, USA; the Marketing Organisation for Thai Farmers; Thai Rice Millers Association and the Ministry of Agriculture, Thailand.
