Topic:
"Aligning the Supply Chain - A Serious Game?"

APICS Tampa Bay, the leading association for supply chain and operations managementinvites local supply chain, operations management, transportation and logistics professionals to our Professional Development Meeting on September 13, 2016 from 5:30 to 8:00 PM at the DoubleTree Hotel Tampa Airport Westshore, 4500 W. Cypress Street, Tampa, FL 33607.

Research shows that misalignment is one of the buiggest issues companies face today. The result is poor execution of company strategy and an underperforming supply chain.

Breaking through departmental silos and creating supply chain awareness and is a considerable challenge. To achieve this cultural change objective, blended learning may be a most suitable approach. One where theory and practice combine with hard and soft skills in simulated real life experience.

The Fresh Connection is a serious game! Serious games keep us highly engaged in practicing behaviors and thought processes we can transfer into real life.

Join us and explore the benefits of using serious games which provide challenging scenarios and conditions to practice and hone skills that transfer to real life situations.
