Do you dread your child's bedtime routine? Does your child: take longer than 15 minutes to fall asleep; require you to be present in order to fall asleep; wake in the night?

Did you know that there are 6 common sleep disruptions in early childhood and most children experience more than one simultaneously? This means that any sleep plan you implement has to address EACH and ALL of the reasons the child's sleep is disrupted. Developing healthy sleep habits in our children is essential for cognitive development, mood regulation, attention and behavior, health, and overall quality of life for children and their family members. Our recommendations are adapted to support your parenting philosophy, values, or instincts.

Research has shown that parents who receive the education early (even before baby arrives) have the greatest success! Actual intervention isn't recommended until between 6-12 months, but proactive routines and sleep habits can start at birth! This class also addresses sleep disruptions that have already developed for children 1 year and older!
