Growing Up WILD/Project WILD Combo Workshop - online

Project WILD and Growing Up WILD invite you to explore and share the fascinating world of wildlife and ecosystems using fun, hands-on educational activities. You will  experience engaging TEKS-aligned activities while networking with other educators. 

Workshop participants receive:

  • 8 hours TEA-approved CPE and TEEAC Credit
  • Growing Up WILD Curriculum book
  • Project WILD Curriculum book
  • Texas-Specific resources

Anyone who works with children, including teachers, homeschoolers, informal educators, day care providers, and scout leaders is welcome.

ONLINE Workshop!

  • 10/23/2020 - 3 hours online using Zoom
  • Pick up your books after the first online session at Fischer Park Nature Education Center in New Braunfels (Oct 23 -Nov 13 during office hours)
  • Complete 2 hours of independent field work
  • 11/13/2020 - 3 hours online using Zoom

$50 Preregistration required.

Registration fee is for WILD training.  WILD materials are distributed only with requisite hours of training.  Attendance and participation in the entire workshop are required to receive any of the materials, regardless of fee payment.
