Growing Up WILD

Learn how to build on young children’s sense of wonder about nature and invite them to explore wildlife and the world around them. During the three-hour training workshop participants will sample activities and receive a curriculum and activity guide. Activities are designed for 3-7 year olds and are correlated to the TEKS, the  National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Criteria, and the Head Start Domains.

• 3 hours of SBEC and TEEAC Continuing Professional Education (CPE)
• Coffee and snacks will be provided
• Wear shoes that are comfortable to move around outdoors and clothes that are casual.
• There is $5 per person material fee due the day of the workshops in cash or check to NatureTalkers.

Preregistration required.  Registration fee is for WILD training.  WILD materials are distributed only with requisite hours of training.  Attendance and participation in the entire workshop are required to receive any of the materials, regardless of fee payment.
