Please note:
- We are unable to hold a lunch awards banquet.
- A box lunch will be provided on the course during play.
- Raffle and 50/50 winners will be notified on the course during play.
- Tournament 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams, Closest to the Pin and Long Drive winners will be contacted after the conclusion of play and arrangements made for delivery/mailing of prizes.
- Box breakfast will be provided: (breakfast burritos, fruit, juice)
- There is a pre-purchase option online for raffle and mulligan/gimme tickets and 50/50 in an effort to reduce contact at check in.
- We will package pre-purchases and have them ready for handoff at check in.
- The mulligan/gimme tickets can be used as a mulligan, OR a gimmie within 5 feet of hole.
- Some limited ability exists for individual golf carts, which will be on a first-come-first serve basis and determined once signups/field size and cart availability is assessed. Please Indicate in the signup box next to the individual’s name that desires to have a golf cart to themselves for safety considerations.
- Refund available in full up to 12/4/20 if your group has a COVID-19 concern with participating in the tournament.
- Please bring a face mask for use indoors or as otherwise directed by MVCC staff.
- Attendees may be asked to sign a hold harmless statement.
