Judges rely on clear, concise writing to understand the cases that come before them.  But too often they see just the opposite: verbose, impenetrable writing that leaves them scratching their heads.  In this seminar, you’ll learn ways to avoid this—how to take your writing to the next level and make it stand out.  Topics include:

 •        the importance of relevance when writing a fact statement,

•        how strong verbs can make your writing forceful,

•        what words to avoid—even though everyone uses them,

•        and more.
