This presentation will include the recent updates to New Jersey Laws and how they will affect the day-to-day Notary practice. Ms. Jackson will discuss Remote Online Notarization and Remote Ink Notarization and the education requirements for non-attorney Notaries. Lastly, she will review the seal and journal requirement and why it is so important.
