 Conference and Membership Registration Fees

CONFERENCE FEES
Paying by Credit Card:
$325, includes membership if paid by Monday, October 3, 2016; $400 from October 4-14. Additional fees apply for Pre-Conference Workshops.

Paying by Purchase Order or Check:
$350, includes membership if paid by Monday, October 3, 2016; $425 from October 4-14. Additional fees apply for Pre-Conference Workshops.

We have configured these conference fees to reflect our annual overhead costs and obligations incurred by hosting the conference and conducting the business of the organization. Credit card payments are fast and easy for our bookkeeping staff to manage, but tracking down check and purchase order payments involves many hours of additional work per registrant, therefore a fee differential has been assigned to non-credit card payments.

MEMBERSHIP FEES:
There is no need to send in a separate membership form if you register for the Fall Conference.
However, if you are NOT attending the Fall Conference, you will find a separate 2016-17 Membership Form on our website at cawee.org.
Membership fees for 2016-2017 continue as follows:

Regular - Those who have responsibility for administration, organization and/or operation of           $75.00
Work Experience Education, career education and/or work-based learning programs
Business - Representatives of companies actively engaged in, or interested in, work based            $75.00
learning programs
Associate - Non-certificated office or support staff working within work-based learning programs     $40.00
Retired - Educators who have retired from work-based learning programs                                         $40.00
Honorary - Legacy members such as Past Presidents, Honored members                                         No Charge

Deadline to receive your PAYMENT and your registration at the Regular Conference rate, as indicated above, is October 3, 2016. Any regular conference fee payments or registrations received after that date or at the door will incur an additional charge of $75.

There is no increase in fees for late registration of Pre-Conference workshops.

Please Note:
If District Business Office or Administrative Staff is Registering You:

Due to the fact that many attendees ask district staff to complete their registration and payment, we experience a disconnect between the payment we receive and for whom the payment was made. To enable us to make that connection more accurately, we need the district staff member who is completing this form or arranging payment to identify themselves by completing ITEM "A" on the Registration form.

PAYMENTS received after October 3, 2016 will incur a $75 late registration fee, so we suggest you use a personal or district credit card to avoid being charged this additional amount. CAWEE will invoice registrants for any late fees incurred.

Business Office: CAWEE has a new mailing address. Please Download current CAWEE Form W-9
