SAW Dinner at Sapori
Join us for dinner at Sapori Italian Street Food,
in Queens Marque on the Halifax waterfront.
Sapori's chef will be providing this fabulous Italian menu
which our cellar master will match
with a selection of wines from our cellar.
Menu:
Appetizer
Beef carpaccio, arugula and pecorino
Beef very thin sliced, with arugula, shaved pecorino cheese
with lemon and virgin olive oil
Main Course
Ravioli ai Funghi
Homemade ravioli filled with cheese mushroom
tossed in a mushroom Garlic cream sauce
Dessert
Cannoli Siciliani
Tube-shape shell pastry filled with
a sweet hazelnut chocolate chips cream
