The Society of American Wines is pleased to offer a special evening with Chef Ivan Chan at The Orient where we will taste multiple courses prepared with a Cantonese flair.  The Orient specializes in fresh ingredients with an emphasis on local products.  We have attached a sample menu subject to change, depending on the availability of local products at the time of event.
