SAW Dinner at the NSCC 

Please join us as we return once again for another exceptional dinner at the Nova Scotia Community College Dining Room at the Akerley Campus.

 

The Akerley Campus of the Nova Scotia Community College has long been recognized for its award-winning Culinary and Baking/Pastry Arts Programs. The Campus is proud to invite members and guests of the Society for American Wines to enjoy quality offerings from its outstanding full-service fine-dining restaurant.  

 

This evening we will enjoy a fabulous multi-course tasting menu prepared by Chef Daniel Humm.

Salmon Rillettes with Fine Herb Bavarois, Brioche

Potato Gnocchi w Mushroom Emulsion and Parsnip Crumble

Roasted Beet Salad with Goat Cheese Mousse, Caraway Crisps, Rye Crumb

Egg, slow poached with Glazed Asparagus, Quinoa, and Parmesan Foam

Scallop Ceviche with Fennel, Citrus and Tarragon
