Join SAW for some casual upscale dining at Seventy 3, one of Dartmouth's newest restaurants.

'Tastes, flavours and cuisines abound in Canadian food circles; the 73 menu is a nod to our zealous inclination to try diverse and distinct tastes. We call our menu Canadian Fusion.'

Reception: 6:30pm
Dinner: 7:00pm

First Course:

Candy Striped beet salad

Julienne candy striped and yellow beets tossed with arugula, micro greens, candied almonds, goat cheese and tangerine vinaigrette  

Main:

Cast Iron Tenderloin w/ croquettes, sunburst squash and peppercorn sauce

Dessert:

Chocolate Velvet
