This workshop meets the Supervision requirement set by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.

Description:                                                                                                                                        This program will begin with a review of ethics as required by the CSWMFT Code of Ethics, the ACA, NASW and AAMFT. The program will include a discussion of moral principles and a decision-making model. The program will focus on dual relationships and will provide an opportunity to review case studies.

Objectives:                                                                                                                                                                    To review the CSWMFT Board Code of Ethics                                                                                                         To review the moral principles and ethical decision-making models                                                                  To review how the ORC, the ACA, NASW and AAMFT Codes of Ethics address dual relationships

Presenter: Rochelle L. Dunn, PhD, LPCC-S  is a Licensed Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S)  for The State of Ohio and a Licensed Professional School Counselor. Rochelle has spent the past 19 years helping to develop mental health programs to be implemented by schools. Dr Dunn is a senior lecturer with The Ohio State University in the Counselor Education Program and coordinates the mental health program for Gahanna Jefferson Public Schools. Rochelle Dunn provides numerous trainings for school personnel and for practicing Counselors and Social Workers. 

Continuing Education                                                                                                                                         Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists: The Child Focus, Inc. Training Center is approved through the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. This program is offered for 3.0 clock Ethic hours of continuing education for counselors, social workers, and marriage and family therapists. Training Center is approved by the Ohio Psychological Association MCE program to offer continuing education for Ohio psychologists. This program is offered for 3.0 clock Ethic hours of continuing education for psychologists.
