Drive Out Childhood Hunger: 1st Annual CHEW Golf Tournament 

SPONSORSHIP & TEAM REGISTRATION FORM

Tee up for a good cause and register for the 1st Annual Drive Out Childhood Hunger Golf Tournament, benefiting United Way's CHEW Program. CHEW (Children Healthy Eating on Weekends) provides weekly backpacks to over 450 students who may otherwise go without food over the weekend. Help us provide a lifeline to our community's neediest children.
