New this year at the request of many of our nonprofits is a conference track designed exclusively for your organizations executive staff leaders. For nonprofit leaders, establishing a shared vision for your organization and developing a plan of action to get there is a critical responsibility. Strategic planning is crucial in making your mission actionable. It sets clear goals, which allow you to measure your progress, and helps make a compelling case for funding. In this extended session, Keri Erb will work with your nonprofit leaders to begin developing a successful strategic plan for your organization.
Registration is Required by January 12, 2016.
For persons seeking credit for the City of Jacksonville mandated professional board training, be aware that you must attend at least three of the sessions to receive credit. Attendance will be taken at the end of each session. Each person seeking credit will be responsible to submit documentation to the College.
