*NOTE: If you will be attending the conference, please call the Princess Royale Hotel directly at (410) 524-7777 to make your hotel reservations no later than September 21. You can't get the conference rate if you make reservations on the internet. 

About our Annual Conference

As it is tradition, we will be returning to Ocean City Maryland for the 2015 Annual MARFY Conference and we are very excited to announce that we will be holding this years conference at the Princess Royale Hotel! We have been working hard to make this years conference the best yet! We have secured two highly requested keynote speaker that we can't wait to share with you, and based on popular demand, we are also bringing back casino night! 

The Maryland Association of Resources for Families and Youth (MARFY) is a statewide non-profit organization representing the interests of children in out-of-home care and the child- and family-serving agencies caring for them. For the past 40 years, MARFY has delivered advocacy, training, and professional development to those in the child welfare field so that they can continue to provide the best possible quality of care for the youth and families in Maryland. MARFY currently has over 35 member agencies, made up of over 200 programs; through our members, we serve thousands of Maryland’s children every day!

Every year, MARFY hosts an Annual Conference and invites child care workers, social workers, therapists, counselors and others from across the state to participate. Attendees receive information that enriches their professional knowledge, and they share ideas and strategies for working with children and families in need of assistance. Our Conference is an intensive three-day event full of workshops, keynote speakers, and networking opportunities. This year's conference will be held at the Princess Royal Oceanfront Hotel and Condominiums in Ocean City, MD, October 7-9, 2015.
