2022 CACTE CareerTech Summit EXHIBITOR Registration 

Hello CACTE Exhibitors and Friends,

Welcome back to an in-person CACTE CareerTech Summit! :-)  We are so excited to be together in person and can't wait to welcome you to beautiful Breckenridge, CO.  Join Colorado’s most dedicated Career & Technical Educators to expand your network of contacts, get your message out and be visible at the 2022 Colorado Association for Career & Technical Education (CACTE) CareerTech Summit!  The actual conference is July 17-21, 2022.

In addition to exhibiting at the CACTE CareerTech Summit, we encourage you to submit a Call for Proposal to present a Breakout Session on Tuesday, July 19.  Our attendees have said that exhibitor breakouts which include a teacher who has used the product and can help with best practices is most useful.  Call for Proposals are due by Friday, April 15.  Find the application HERE. 

CACTE is requiring a signed COVID-19 waiver form for everyone attending the Summit in person.  Find the Waiver Form HERE.  Upload the signed form HERE.  Thanks for your cooperation!

The deadline to register as an exhibitor and receive your payment is June 30, 2022.  

Please welcome our new Summit Assistant, Janet Brophy!  She is a Business Teacher at Haxtun HS and has been an active CBAM (Business/Marketing) and CACTE member for many years.  We wish our previous Summit assistant, Lauren Appelhans well as she turns her focus more to her classroom and her family.

ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BASE FEE.  PLEASE USE THE BEAVER RUN RESORT 2022 EXHIBITOR SERVICES FORM to request electricity and any other services you need.  You'll need to download a copy of the BRR Exhibitor Services Form in order to complete it. :-)

 

EXHIBIT EXPOSURE:  We're hoping for around 300 attendees at Beaver Run, but it's hard to guess since we haven't been in-person since 2019.....we'll keep you posted about the attendee registration numbers.

 We are using the event platform, Whova, to help provide a better experience for you - setting up your own online booth (if desired), having a Passport Contest to encourage people to visit all of you, and more opportunities for leads.  Details about setting up your online booth will come in emails from Whova.  And we'll send details about the Passport Contest later as well.

ELIGIBLE EXHIBITS:  CACTE reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit which, in their judgment, is not suitable or in keeping with the educational development of the association.

REFUNDS:  Failure to provide written cancellation or rejection of the "space" before June 30 or failure to appear at the conference relieves CACTE of any obligation or refund.
