2021 CACTE VIRTUAL Summit EXHIBITOR Registration 

Hello CACTE Exhibitors and Friends,

Join Colorado’s most dedicated Career & Technical Educators to expand your network of contacts, get your message out and be visible at the 2021 Colorado Association for Career & Technical Education (CACTE) VIRTUAL Summit!  The online conference is July 19-22, 2021.  Last year we had ~300 people attend the Virtual Summit and we are hoping for a simliar turn out this year.

The CACTE Board voted to hold the 2021 CACTE CareerTech Summit in a virtual format, with the safety and well-being of our members/friends in mind. There are still too many unknowns and key people who wouldn’t be able to attend in-person. It will be bigger and better than last year, based on attendee evaluations and lessons learned! We are using the event platform, Whova, to offer a better and more interactive experience, especially for YOU, our valued exhibitors! 

In addition to exhibiting at the CACTE Virtual Summit, we encourage you to submit a Call for Proposal to present a Breakout Session.  Our attendees have said that exhibitor breakouts which include a teacher who has used the product and can help with best practices is most useful.  Call for Proposals are due by Friday, April 23.  Find the application HERE. 

The deadline to register and receive your payment is June 30, 2021.

• TUESDAY, JULY 20
• 8:15 am - 8:55 am  after log in, before Opening General Session
• 11:50 am - 12:50 pm  during lunch break
• 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm (or longer) after last Breakout Session of the day
• people may pop into your chat at other times  - there are short breaks at 10:45-11:00 am, 12:50-1:00 pm and 1:50-2:00 pm

• WEDNESDAY, JULY 21
• 8:15 am - 8:55 am  after log in, before General Session
• 11:15-11:30 am during break
• 12:30 pm - 1:15 pm during lunch break

Attendees may pop into your chat at other times as they choose, just like in the halls! ;-)

EXHIBIT EXPOSURE:  We're hoping for around 300 attendees, like last year. and we'd appreciate your continued support! :-)  We are using the event platform, Whova, to help provide a better experience for you - setting up your own "booth", having a Passport Contest to encourage people to visit all of you, and more opportunities for leads.  Details about setting up your booth will come in emails from Whova.  And we'll send details about the Passport Contest later as well.

ELIGIBLE EXHIBITS:  CACTE reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit which, in their judgment, is not suitable or in keeping with the educational development of the association.

REFUNDS:  Failure to provide written cancellation or rejection of the "space" before June 30 or failure to appear at the conference relieves CACTE of any obligation or refund.
