2020 CACTE CareerTech VIRTUAL Summit EXHIBITOR Registration 

 

Hello CACTE friend,

Because of the COVID-19 situation, the CACTE Executive Committee made the difficult decision to move to a Virtual Conference for 2020.  We know that lots of you couldn't have traveled to Grand Junction anyway because of company decisions.  So maybe you'll be able to "exhibit" with us at the VIRTUAL conference for this year! :-)

Join Colorado’s most dedicated Career & Technical Educators from ten CACTE divisions to expand your network of contacts, get your mesage out and be visible at the 2020 Colorado Association for Career and Technical Education (CACTE) CareerTech VIRTUAL Summit!  The online conference is July 21-22, 2020.  Usually this is where I tell you that approximately 350 people will attend the Summit, but I have absolutely no idea how many folks will register for the Virtual Summit.

The deadline to receive your registration and payment is June 15, 2020.

EXHIBITOR BASE FEE: your logo on the Virtual Summit webpage your logo in the mobile app recognition during the Opening General Session “live” time with Summit attendees (~30 minutes over 2 time slots on T 7/21)	$350
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
Advertisement in the mobile app – a PDF of what you might have put in a paper program	$100
Pre-recorded 60 second message to be played during one of the sessions, probably beginning or end	$50
Pre-recorded 20-30 minute breakout session, available to all conference attendees for 60-90 days after the conference	$150
Sponsor a virtual breakout room and get a 90 second message at the beginning of the session	$100
Sponsor a general session and get a 2 minute message at the beginning of the session	$200
Donate a gift card(s) for drawings during each session (CACTE could purchase and mail to recipients for you….)	$50 each
Donation to Colorado ACTE as a 501(c)(3) organization	variable

 

EXHIBIT EXPOSURE:  We have no idea how many people will register for the Virtual Conference - it's a whole new world.....but we'd appreciate your continued support! :-)

ELIGIBLE EXHIBITS:  CACTE reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit which, in their judgment, is not suitable or in keeping with the educational development of the association.

REFUNDS:  Failure to provide written cancellation or rejection of the space before June 30 or failure to appear at the conference relieves CACTE of any obligation or refund.
