Mother-Daughter Weekend 2015

Join us for the 2015 Mother-Daughter Weekend dedicated to understanding T1D from a female perspective. Learn about managing T1D throughout the female life cycle; get tools for effective mother-daughter communication; learn how to communicate with peers and partners about T1D; practice techniques for stress reduction and well being, bond with your daughter and other mother-daughter dyads, and best of all, have fun!

This program is designed for girls who are 12 or turning 12 this year and older. If your daughter is younger, but you think she would benefit from this program, please email Tamar at tamar@carbdm.org to discuss. 

PLEASE NOTE: This portion of your registration covers program registration, all meals, and activities.  Once you complete this registration you will receive an email confirmation with the hotel information, phone number, and special rate code to use when making your room reservation. The cost of the hotel room is $75 + tax per night.
