TCF's Tustin Pride committee elves visited Tustin and North Tustin neighborhoods in the TUSD school boundary map after dark Sunday, December 13 - Wednesday, December 6. Judging was based on creativity, proportion & scale of lights, holiday spirit, and overall appearance.
