About the Speaker: Bob Metz Holds a BS degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University and MBA from State University of NY. Bob has been an instrumentation engineer for 19 years, focusing on vibration, pressure and force measurement using piezoelectric sensors and is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Aerospace & Defense Division of PCB Piezotronics, Inc.

Ballistic Pressure Sensor Users’ Group
A training course offered by PCB Piezotronics, Inc.
PCB Piezotronics will provide training at the corporate headquarters near Buffalo, NY on June 17th. The short course, taught by Bob Metz, will be held at the Depew, NY plant. A Welcome Reception will be held on the evening of June 16th at the Buffalo Niagara Airport Holiday Inn.
Training topics include; the physics and operating characteristics of pressure transducers and associated constraints, signal conditioning, sensor handling, installation and calibration, manufacturing operations and demonstration of PCB firing range.
After class on Wednesday, June 17th, the group will enjoy an evening of entertainment and dinner between 4-10pm.
The cost is $200.00 USD per person. This fee covers course, training materials, all meals entertainment and local Buffalo transportation.
